It's so cool. What's it made out of? I wonder if you could paint it so it was lifelike.

It’s heavy! My daughter stopped by and said it looked as if you can paint it. She wants to paint the toe nails the red color she used to put on Angel Love.
Missy designed my own private “beach” sand, pond – so now in the evenings I can sit at my “beach” and look at my “mastiff”

oh yeah, nice. you can paint it and then i'd clearcoat it too protect the paint job. i'd put it on gravel for winter, otherwise you'll need to elevate it on wood blocks. cover it for winter well with plastic or small tarp. should last a very long time. the voice of experience with fountains.

Ohh wouldn’t it be purty if it was painted like my Baby Girl? But I have problems painting a wall so no painting for me. No this “baby” is going inside during the winter.
ALL my neighbors love her, but now with all the attention she is getting (and I live on a very busy highway) am afraid someone might try and steal it. It's heavy but not like my concrete deer so two people could move it Easily.
Last night I turned the front room lights on with the TV on low - while Hunterr and I watched TV in the back family room.
Anyone have any ideas how I can hook up an alarm if anyone tries to move it?
Also does anyone know how to repair a crack in my concrete deer statue’s ear? My son-in-law came over to move the deer (was in the way of my mastiff) and knocked the ear against the rose trellis. He felt soo horrible! It’s a small crack that goes the full length of the ear but I don’t want it to grow so I have an “earless” deer.

envious....way to go, I wouldn't paint it, it's beautiful the way it is and you can use your imaginations....one day it can be a brindle, the next a fawn...etc.
I'd love one like that did you get it off of the link on e-bay?
